AP BUILDING PENALISING SCHEME (BPS) 2015 from 27.5.2015 onwards

AP BPS scheme 2015 

AP government announced the regularization of buildings, layouts ,apartments under the scheme of building penalization scheme 2015. This scheme will cover for all municipalities, corporation and panchayt. BPS to be applied within two months from today . Applicants can apply for BPS 2015 through online bps.ap.gov.in or through meeseva centers.   House tax will be levied double amount and water connection will be disconnected if unauthorized buildings are not regularized. Town planning  will look after the BPS scheme.

Guide Lines for BPS scheme:
1. Applicable for villages, town panchyats, municipalities   under CRDA, Town development department between 1st  Jan 1985  and 31 december 2014.
2. Approval for 2000 square feet but construction done for 2500 square feet, regularization will be done for 500 sft.
3. Regularisation will be done for total apartment also.
4. Individual flat owner also can be considered for regualrisation.
5. 18 meter high buildings, 15 meters high business buildings and 596 sqyards above schools, cinema theatres,function halls will have to take no objection from firestation,airport authority .
6. For online applying people they have to pay Rs 10,000/- in online only.
7. For applying through meeseva centers service tax Rs 100 addition to be paid.
8. Within two months BPS to be applied for regularization otherwise they will not be considered.
9. BPS waived for 119 sq yards building with ground and first floor .
10. Up to 31 Dec 1997 constructed buildings only 25 % will be penalized. For slum areas 50 % will be waived.
Documents to be submitted along with BPS application:
1. Aadhar card & approved building plan.
2. Building plan with present deviations.
3. Pictures of present building.
4. House tax paid receipt.
5. Structural stability certificate for building.
