AP AGRICULTURAL DEBT Redemption Scheme 2014
AP Government announced agricultural loan waiver scheme to deceased borrowers on Friday to legal heirs of the family. AP Government issued guidelines for claim to deceased borrowers family. Finance department special secretary Smt Hema issued orders to all concerned banks. 15,000 families will be benefitted by this scheme. Guidelines issued by AP Govt:
1. Loan taken during the period 01.04.2007 to 31.12.2013, after that any outstanding loan eligible for this AP AGRICULTURAL DEBT REDEMPTION SCHEME 2014.
2. Legal heirs of the deceased farmer family has to apply in the same bank where the loan has been approved .
3. Concerned Bank will examine the details and will send the information to NIC with two weeks.
4. NIC will examine the claim details according to the GO 174 guidelines and will sent to Rythu Sadikara Samastha.
5. Farmer died during period 1.4.2007 to 31.12.2013, and his loan cleared after 31.12.2013 to bank by government , will be reimbursed to legal heirs of the deceased family.Click on the below links
6. If the outstanding loan of the deceased farmer exists, eligible amount will be deposited to the concerned bank by Rythu Sadikara Samastha.
7. All the formalities according to rules/guidelines to be followed is the responsibility of concerned Banks.
8. For mortgage loans if outstanding more than 1.5 lakhs will be paid by the legal heirs for release of land documents /other related things.
9. Two sets of applications to be taken from the deceased family , one will be submitted to Rythu Sadikara Samastha.

Enclosures required:
1.Death certificate
2.Legal Heirs certificate issued by MRO
3.If there is more than one Legal Heir, no objection certificate from others should be furnished by him/her(applicant).Click on the below links
