Qualification for APS Teacher Recruitment 2016:

For PGT - pass in PG in related subjects ,B.Ed.
TGT - pass in Degree, B.Ed. -
PRT - pass in Degree, B.Ed.
Note: PG / Degree, B.Ed should have passed with at least 50 per cent marks.
For TGT/PRT SITET or TET must be qualified compulsory .However to attend CSB (Combined Screening Selection Exam) SITET / TET is not mandatory.
For all stages candidates qualified will be selected on a temporary basis and will be regularised after qualified in TET exam.

Army Public Schools Teacher Recruitment 2016

 Selection will be in three stages :

Stage 1 - the last Sunday in November or December first Sunday screening exam will be held. This is online exam.
Stage- 2 : Interview
Stage - 3 : teaching skills , computer proficiency testScreening Test ( Test ) -It Will be a multiple choice method .

For PGT/TGT post Part A General Awareness , Mental Ability , English Comprehension , educational concept and methodology . Part B candidate will be part of the application that are relevant to the subject . Part A - 90 marks , Part B - 90 marks . The test period of 3 hours . -
For PRT post General Awareness , Mental Ability , English Comprehension , educational concept and methodology . 1.30 minutes duration of the test . 90 marks .
Note : There is negative marking . 1/4 marks for each wrong answer .
